In honour of Pink Shirt Day on February 25th, Lavoh is donating a portion of all net proceeds from our Blush facecloth sales to the CKNW Kids' Fund Pink Shirt Day — a cause dedicated to ending bullying and helping children build healthy self-esteem.

Pink Shirt Day began in 2007 when a group of Nova Scotia students wore pink shirts in solidarity with a classmate who was bullied. What started as a single act of kindness has grown into a movement celebrated in nearly 180 countries. The CKNW Kids' Fund has been championing this cause since 2008, and last year alone their programs reached over 45,000 children and youth across Canada.

This year's theme? Sprinkle Kindness. We think that's something we can all get behind — one pink facecloth at a time.
