How do I use my Lavoh Facecloth?
Prior to your first use, machine wash your facecloth. When you’re ready to remove your makeup, fully soak your cloth in warm water, wring out gently, and wipe your face.
Does it remove waterproof/long-lasting makeup?
Of course! Our Lavoh cloth effectively removes all types of makeup, including waterproof and long-lasting formulas. For best results: Ensure your cloth is fully saturated with warm water. The warmer the water, the better! Hold the warm, wet cloth over your eye for several seconds, then gently use circular motions for thorough removal. Voila!
Do I need to wash my face afterwards?
We recommend continuing with your regular skincare routine after removing your makeup with your Lavoh Facecloth.
Can I use cleanser, micellar water or any other products with my Lavoh Cloth?
You definitely can! If you choose to do so be sure to fully rinse the product out of the cloth in between each use. You may need to machine wash more frequently to avoid build up.
Are Lavoh Cloths safe for sensitive skin?
100%. We are proud to say that our cloths are safe for ALL SKIN TYPES. Because our face cloths use only water, they are excellent for sensitive and acne prone skin. Unlike traditional makeup removers, no harsh or drying chemicals are used.
Are they vegan/cruelty-free?
Yes, our cloths are 100% vegan and cruelty free.
How do I care for my Lavoh Facecloth?
Machine wash with hot water and tumble dry with like-coloured towels. Do not use fabric softener or dryer sheets to preserve the integrity of your cloth.

How fast do you deliver?
Currently we are a one-woman show! So please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once you've got your order confirmation email, keep an eye out for another notification when your order ships.
Just a heads-up: shipping timelines run separately from order processing timelines. Things might take a bit longer during busy seasons like holidays and sale events, so hang tight!

My package did not arrive. What can I do?
